She who 'Le Monde' journal nicknamed 'the vestal virgin of the immaculate conceptual' starts her career with a very important achievement: Prisunic's art entrance. Then she goes on with designers and industrialists, the first real meeting between the creatives and the great public. In the 80's she brings out of the oblivion the names of great designers such as: Eileen Gray, Rob, Mallet Stevens, Mariano Fortuny, Jean-Michel Frank... In New York she invents a modern vision of the hotels, building the first hotel-boutique, the Morgan, in 1984. She designs shops for the big names of the fashion system (Karl Lagerfeld, Yves Saint-Laurent, Azzedine Alaia, Thierry Mugler,...), hotels and restaurants all over the world as well as offices for ministers and important industrials' names. Her successful achievements intensify her natural disposition to eclecticism: from the Museum of Fine Arts in Rouen to the CAPC in Bordeaux, from the Guggenheim in New York to the universal expo in Sevilla, from the cinema decors for Greenaway to the Concorde of Air France group. Recently she realized the Guerlain top-shop on the Champs-Elysées in Paris, a very important collection of silverware and jewellery with Christofle, she re-designed the general image for Helena Rubinstein brand, a block of offices for the pharmaceutical giant Novartis and the astonishing Blue Spa in the Beyerischer Hof Hotel in Munich, with its suspended swimming-pool. She also conceived, in the last months, private residences in Bruxelles, Dublin, Miami, Paris, Rome, Shangai, Tanger and Tel Aviv. Always in the forefront of modernity, her curiosity and insatiable energy keep on taking her towards new projects and horizons. Indisputable star of design, she imposes her unique style in Hong Kong too, where she signed the external design and the internal architecture of two skyscrapers. Her latest creations: a champagne bottle La Grande Dame 1998, for the maison Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, with its box-case, which becomes a vase for drink refreshment, the 'Icone' bag for Louis Vuitton.
