Project Homeworks has been working in the White Rock - South Surrey area since it began in 2000. Business partners Sylvia Shury and Cyndi Scholz began with their first project, a Providence Homes Lottery House. From there their business took off and they have never looked back, doing residential new homes, as well being involved in major renovations of existing homes. Along the way they also included a few more lottery houses as well as show homes.
The residence in High Point was an interesting project just given the vast size of it. The scale of every detail ramps up, while still striving to maintain the key point that it is a home. The members of the family had a mix of traditional and contemporary tastes so to find the centre point for them was also key. For example we used several traditional tiles, some with a more contemporary twist, and switched up the applications in each of the ensuites to suit each family member.
Kudos to our rep., Silveria, for ferreting out the huge, beautiful Creme Marfil (sp) tile for the main ares of the home. Definitely a breath- taking winner!
